Radial Neuropathy is a practical neurophysiology book covering the anatomy, clinical presentation, localization, and electrodiagnostic assessment of radial nerve disorders.

It explains the radial nerve from its C5–T1 roots and posterior cord, through the axilla and radial groove, to its deep motor and superficial sensory branches. Particular attention is given to axillary radial neuropathy, spiral-groove neuropathy, and superficial radial sensory neuropathy. The book explains how clinical findings differ according to lesion location—for example, triceps involvement in more proximal lesions and sparing of elbow extension in typical spiral-groove neuropathy.

Finally, the book emphasizes that wrist drop is a localization problem, and the differential diagnosis should include radial nerve lesions at different levels as well as posterior cord brachial plexopathy, C7–C8 radiculopathy, and central lesions. Careful clinical examination remains essential.
